UTAH COALITION OF APPRAISAL PROFESSIONALS
This course is also known as "Utah Appraiser Olympics". A highly interactive class where appraisers pull comps together and compare results. In this course we will select a "Subject Property", each appraiser will search for comps, submit their top 3, and get instant results to see where you stack up against your competition. Open and frank discussion always ensues. This class is a ton of FUN!

You Must bring a laptop/Tablet fully charged. You will be accessing the MLS and pulling comps
Joel Frost will moderate the discussion. This is a LIVE, IN-PERSON class. No remote option available.
