Course Description
The course will be led by Joel Frost discussing how the use of private data sources can strengthen appraisal workfiles. Special guest, Bryn Kaelin- Appraisal Investigator with the Division of Real Estate will provide an update from the Division on appraisal trends and common errors seen at the Division Level.
The Annual UTCAP members meeting, including voting for new board members will be held at the end of the class. There are a total of 8 positions that will be open this year, including: President Elect, Treasurer, Secretary, and board member positions. The annual membership meeting will be held immediately after the class from 3:00pm to 3:30pm.
