UTCAP (Utah Coalition of Appraisal Professionals) will be hosting the 2024-2025 USPAP update CE course on November 27th, 2023, in the Alta Room of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors building located at 230 W Towne Ridge Parkway in Sandy. The class is 7 hours of Utah approved CE and will be held from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. The price for the course is $175 for Members and $235 for Non-Members. The course fee includes the new version of USPAP, The Appraisal Foundation’s new Guidance and Reference Manual which provides FAQs and Advisory Opinions and the Course book.

2024-2025 7-hour National USPAP Update course, titled Ethics, Standards, and Your Appraisal Practice, is developed by The Appraisal Foundation and must be completed by appraisers every 2 years to meet the USPAP continuing education requirement. Utah Coalition of Appraisal Professionals is the first to offer this course live in the state.
Our instructor is Keven Ewell. Keven has been an AQB Certified USPAP instructor for over 8 years and a practicing appraiser of 25 years. Keven currently serves as the Vice Chair on the State Appraisal Board.
