Market Adjustments - Skills Assessment

This is a continuation of our “Assessment Series” of courses where appraisers will sharpen their skill set, specifically regarding adjustments.

This class will be an interactive education session where all students will be presented with a subject property and 3 comparable sales. They will then analyze the market data and determine market based adjustments and report their opinion of these adjustments. Students will receive live feedback from their peers about the types and amounts of adjustments they have indicated. Discussion will take place between each activity to better instruct about supporting information, documentation, best practices, etc.

This is a LIVE, IN-PERSON course. No zoom/remote option available.
