UTCAP (Utah Coalition of Appraisal Professionals) will be hosting the 2022-2023 USPAP update CE course on November 28th 2022, at the Salt Lake Board of Realtors building in Sandy, UT. The class is 7 hours of Utah approved CE and will be held from 9 am - 5 pm. The price for the course is $175 and includes the Student Manual, USPAP Reference Manual, catered lunch, and membership meeting from 12-1 pm.
The 7-Hour USPAP Update Course is designed to give you the tools to be your own USPAP expert. Through dynamic case studies and new tools, appraisers will learn how to better navigate the USPAP document to solve problems in their daily appraisal practice. The course will be taught by Keven Ewell.
Also learn what UTCAP has been up to, and network with your fellow appraisers. Help us review the successes and challenges of the past year, and plan for the next year.
Elections to the Board will be held during the lunch break.
