Utah Coalition of Appraisal Professionals (UTCAP) 2021 Annual Meeting during lunch time along with the 7 hour 2022 USPAP Update Class will be offered December 7, 2021 beginning at 8:30 am.

The Appraisal Foundation has launched a new 7-hour National USPAP Update Course with some big changes in which the instructor, Keven Ewell, will explain and guide us through the process of becoming our own USPAP experts.  Through dynamic case studies and new tools, the appraisers in attendance will learn how to better navigate the USPAP document to solve problems in their daily appraisal practice.

Please note the Division of Real Estate will only allow one 7 hour USPAP class to be counted toward your 28 required hours each two year period.

Additionally, a one year membership extension will be added onto your existing membership when you take this class.
